Up for auction is Vintage 1842- Folding Corkscrew Book from Budapest
This nice rare item is about 5x3 inches in size.(The book)
The nice blackened patina corkscrew is also in good shape, the spring is
still strong on it, almost like when it was new.(Maybe beacause they have allways forgot
to take the corkscrew out of the book.The book is marked 1941 and Gruber Janos Budapest
Alapitva 1842. Most likely the Gruber treader familie's promotional corkscrew present, to
people who liked to hide corkscrews on the booksshelf back then....
Even the layered wood inside in which the corkscrew sits does resembles the pages of the book, like paper!
Overall condition is good, and fully functional on this item.Original vintage item!!!
