Two very nice antique champagne taps.
Holborn Signit types. One copper paint
variant, the other with a nickel plate finish.

A super small collection of antique folding bow
corkscrew that date from the early 19th century
onwards. They measure upwards from 2"  & all boast a
good dark patina.
Queens Patent Lund Corkscrew

A stunning example of Thomas Lund's 1838 British patent corkscrew with bottle grips. Marked on the brass
badge "Lund's Patent 57 Cornhill" & marked on the springs "The Queens Patent Granted To T Lund
Cornhill London". The marks on the springs are a bit rubbed. Great working condition with one tight spot
on the internal mechanism. Rack works perfectly. Full length wire helix. All original.  Stunning dark patina. It
measures 7 1/2"

A rare variant of an 18th century double folder corkscrew.
Steel, beautiful formed with banding & faceted detail on the
spine & shank. The cyphered helix is recorded in Giulian &
Peters pocket corkscrew book & is extremely rare to find on
these pieces. The overall condition of this corkscrew is
excellent & it boasts a deep, dark patina from 200+ years. It
measures 3 1/2"

C1876 Holborn Signit Corkscrew

A really nice example of Edwin Wolverson's 1876 registered
design Signit corkscrew. It's marked on one side "Holborn
Signit" & stamped on the other with a lozenge for 1876.
Good condition with a perfect handle & full length wire helix.

Robert Jones I Corkscrew

A stunning example of the first registered design corkscrew by Robert Jones in 1840. This example
is marked on the slim brass barrel "Robert Jones & Sons Birmingham, Registered No 423, 8th Octr
1840". It's also marked "V R" with a crown on the button. Works perfectly. Superb bone handle
with dusting brush. Full length wire helix. It measures 7 1/4"
Early 2 Pillar Lund Rack Corkscrew

The earliest form of the Lund patented London
rack. Patented in 1855. Marked "Lund's Patent
London Rack". Works perfectly. Large chip at
one end of the handle. Uncleaned condition. All
original. Full length wire helix. It measures 7 1/2"
Wiers Double Corkscrew

A stunning example of Marshall Wiers double corkscrew. It's marked on both sides "Double no
4283, Wiers Patent, J. H. S. B". Works perfectly. Boasts the vast majority of the original copper
wash.  Full length wire helix. It measures 4 1/2"
Three Codd Bottle Opener Corkscrews

A small collection of three Codd bottle opener corkscrews. All are in superb condition
with no damage. Late Victorian. Circa 1890. Full length wire helixes. They all measures

shank example. A cyphered helix piece & a substantial example with a bulbous & turned

Three Partial Pull Corkscrew

A lovely small lot of partial pull corkscrew to include a
Plant's Magic, which is marked Plant's Patent The
Magic Patent no 12140".All are in very good shape
with light wear. All have full length worms. They
measure approximately 3 1/2" each.
Three Fabulous Henshall Corkscrews

A wonderful small collection of Henshall type corkscrews from the late 19th century. Includes an example
with a capped Buffalo horn handle, one with a Stag handle & one with a Rosewood handle terminating with a
dusting brush. All are in good condition with just typical light wear consistent with age. Some light surface
rust that could be clean if so desired. All have full length wire helixes. The largest example measures 6"
Finger Pull Corkscrews

A lovely small collection of finger pull corkscrews. The
Cellerman type is marked "Loftus". The three finger pull on
the left is leather covered. The example with a cap lifter is
marked "Rd No 713438". Typical light wear consistent with

Pillar Corkscrew

A stunning very early 2 pillar steel
corkscrew, circa 1810. Wonderful dark
patina. The mechanism doesn't operate
smoothly & one of the pillar pulls away
from the bottle collar. However, this is a
super early rare corkscrew that would
display beautifully. It measures 7 1/4"

A Farrow & Jackson type mechanical corkscrew
which is marked on one side "Preist & Co".
Works perfectly. Some minor plate loss. Full

British 4 Pillar Rack & Pinion Corkscrew

A stunning British antique four pillar rack & pinion corkscrew. Circa
1850. Lovely dark patina. Works perfectly. Very good bone handle
with dusting brush. One patch of rust on the top of the barrel,

corkscrew. Wire helix looks a turn short. A good honest antique
corkscrew. It measures 4"

A 19th century Henshall type corkscrew marked on the brass
button "J. Rodgers & Sons Sheffield". Good example with light
wear. A few age hairlines to the bone handle. Worm slightly

An example of Charles Hull's British 1864 patented Royal
Club with rollers. Works perfectly. Badge marked "C. Hull

Original Henshall Corkscrew

An original example of the Reverend Samuel
Henshall's first patented corkscrew in the World in
1795. It was manufactured by Mathew Boulton in
his Soho Manufactury in Birmingham, England.
This is a magnificent example. Perfect handle
with dusting brush. No corrosion. Button stamped
"Obstando Promoves Soho Patent. Lovely dark
patina. Full length wire helix. It measures 4"

A stunning Georgian silver pocket corkscrew by silversmith David Field. Lovely
